Ultra Purge™ 5000 can be used to clean the screw, cylinder, and nozzle on injection molding machines and extrusion lines. It is also suitable for cleaning hot runner systems in injection molds. The product can be used for cleaning the screw and cylinder, as well as the heads of blow molding lines, but not with accumulator heads. Ultra Purge™ 5000 is suitable for color and material changes and for removing black specks. Good results are achieved with regular cleaning.
Ultra Purge™ 5000 is a dedicated cleaning granulate and cleans materials such as: PET, PS, PC, TPU, TPE, ABS, PC/ABS very effectively.
