Ultra Purge™ 1220 can be used to clean the screw, cylinder, and nozzle on injection moulding machines and extrusion lines. It is also suitable for cleaning hot runner systems in injection moulds. The product can be used for cleaning the screw and cylinder, as well as the heads of blow moulding machines, but not with accumulator heads. Ultra Purge™ 1220 is suitable for colour and material changes and for removing black specks. Superior results are achieved with regular cleaning.
