We would like to inform you that as of August 4, 2026, the business operations of the SABIC Engineering Thermoplastics (ETP) division have officially transferred to the new company, NexPoint Materials.
This change comes following the successful completion of the acquisition of SABIC’s Engineering Thermoplastics business by Mutares SE & Co. KGaA.
